Armour upgrades have zero impact on the performance like vehicle speed etc, but will help with avoiding damage which impact performance negatively and make you slower.

I think it was metallic carbon black as Primary Color & Salmon Pink as pearl effect
Isn't tempesta based on Lamborghini Huracan?
Yes :) Huracan, Centenario & 2015 Lotus Esprit. The cars in GTA are mostly a mix of multiple real life cars.
