Samsung is still lacking in build quality because they are only using grade 2 titanium instead of grade 5 like iPhone. They also need to do away with the cheap junk flimsy plastic S pens and start making them out of titanium for a more professional and premium feel and design especially for the premium price we pay. I also feel they need to start doing more innovation towards the outdated punch hole selfie camera and start making an under display to where it's invisible. Samsung also continues to lag in camera quality as well with over exposure, poor low light and the pixelated zoom. These are all things that should be demanded by ultra users, again especially for the high price we pay.
