Great video! I’ve also been having the battle of deciding on a dedicated mortice machine, so nice to see some in depth content. Machine looks similar to the Lancer Plus.
Only recently discovered your channel and very much enjoying.. keep the videos coming 👌🔐

One thing I should add is I have tried copies and they don’t burr at all compared to genuine. Also when mentioning the side cuts at the end it can be changed to a little file with an adapter. Should have mentioned! Thanks for watching!

You need to finish the key, mate. An unfinished key will wear out the levers quicker as it will cut in the belly of the lever. 👍

I've been jumping on the cylcone and giving them a brush with that afterwards but it's in my van, ideally need to do it all at once to make my life easier!

@@ActiveLockCentre Honest to god thought I had shown myself filing the key in the video but watching it back I can’t see the clip, I did show the file but obviously didn’t show me using it😂

@LocksmithServicesLtd no you had a big file. I'm talking about a key file that you use with a key hourse, or the other way of doing it is to use your key machine to round off the cuts, if you release it the handle on the right will let you lift the blade up and down therfore rounding it off for you, give it a try, it gives a much better cut. 👍
