Dawg winning a rank match against a high rank isn’t impressive, and he clearly had high ping judging by the fact that his 3 skill tech wasnt working AT ALL, and he clearly knew this.

No matter how much you say that statistics do not affect anything, you will be wrong, statistics such as kills or rank show the player's experience in the game, kills show how much he played the game and you can roughly understand how much knowledge he has about the game, and rank shows how many people he killed to get there the rank that he has now, statistics affect the experience

So based on my comment, we can say that in some clan (for example valhalla) you would be stage3 mid, while rank 145 would be stage 2 mid or low, because in clans they judge not by how many times you killed an opponent, but how you group at different moments games that shows your ability to play
