I will never say that dude is a bad player or is cheating. He obviously has incredible ability to move, shoot, communicate. His map knowledge is unparalleled. His combat sense is top notch (knowing when to engage and when to break contact, how to maneuver, using cover, etc.) Massive respect for the work he put in.
All im saying is it would be fun to watch him play live on a regular console with a regular controller with a ‘regular’ connection/ping.

You need a new mouse it sounds like tbh. You could try turning off "Additional Action Queuing" . That was the only in game setting I saw that maybe could effect the scroll speed. There may also be something in your mouse settings on windows, or in your mouse software, causing the wheel to only activate so many times a second or w/e. The only other thing I could think of is if you have really low fps, it could cause the scroll to be slow.
Press the Windows key and type "Scroll". There is an option to change that.
