Maybe for Kobo specifically. But I’ve gotten to 38 minutes and I’ve seen a few 40 minutes on the leaderboards.

if the objective is to survive as long as possible is it necessary to take halu 5? why not idol costume/pillow?
Probably meant to get a decent score, in which case, you want to kill as many enemies as possible early in the game. Otherwise, Beetle could be replaced as well

Life Steal Stamp, Just Bandage, Full Meal. also killing enemy repeatly on straight line possibly drop burger, we just cant see it.
^adding to the comment above: kobo has a passive healing similar to just bandage, her ult also heals 5%/sWhat makes these work is full meal
