  • Chicken Egg Cutlet. Ramadan series.
    4 boiled and mashed potatoes
    1 cup boiled and shredded chicken (boiled with ginger garlic and chilly paste and salt)
    1 tsp cumin pwd
    1 tsp coarse corriander pwd
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garam masala
    Salt
    1 tsp red chilly flakes
    1 tsp kitchen king masala
    2 boiled eggs
    Mint leaves
    Corriander leaves
    1 maggie magic masala
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tsp ajwain
    1 tbsp ginger garlic and chilly paste
    Mix well
    Shape into cutlets
    Roll in bread crumbs
    Can freeze at this stage
    Whisk 2 eggs with salt ,pepper and 1 tbsp water
    Dip in egg and fry in hot oil
    Serve with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
