@@zakromero7795 well what else are you to do? If on average people played a reasonable amount of 10-14 pieces of interaction a long side tutors, most archenemy level threats would be manageable, but no, the average edh player is really bad a deck building and will cut interaction in favor of synergy pieces. The card is strong but there's almost always something you can do about any given situation if 3 people put 1 person in check
Kona and Aminatou decklist links are broken (at least for me). I suppose the bans didn't really affect your channel? Can't remember if you guys play with those cards. But thanks for this :) fun seeing Aminatou, looks like such a cool deck! And Arabella is def going in my Isshin deck.
The bans don't affect us much. When we do videos, we always discuss the power level ahead of time and often end up in this area between mid and high power, which rarely included the banned cards. For set release, we shoot for mid power to give the commanders and new cards a chance to shine. As such we have a separate hard ban list that already included Mana Crypt, Jeweled Lotus, and Dockside Extortionist. The bans did affect our cEDH and highest of high power videos which we internally call Fuck It We Ball. But we typically only do 4-6 cEDH and 1 FIWB video per year, so like 10-15% of our videos.
@@SmoothBrainEDH That makes perfect sense from what I recall. Yeah, I typically found myself adding only Dockside in mid-high power as opposed to all 3 or Crypt and Dockside Love the methodology behind the set release rules too! I like seeing Commanders go off when I first get introduced to them.
I'm glad that I also got the esper precon along with the simic. Zimone has me feeling less and less confident every video haha. Was happy to finally see a Zimone deck pop off and win though! Master of Keys should be fun.
My god. Kona is scary.
She do good
Not really if the table runs a reasonable amount of removal
@@gustavoramirezjr7320 dies to removal has never been a good argument for power level
@@gustavoramirezjr7320”remove it” lmao always that one guy

Excellent games! I really appreciate the extra game (I think the first one was just fine, no issues there). Looking forward to what you do next!
In these games.... GREEN.
Thanks for the double feature!
