Love the bike. Why does it need an engine rebuild??

When the Engine is getting hotter, there is a noise. I think it is a crankshaft bearing.

Getting the carburetors out was the most painful part of the disassembly, right? Are you going to put the original air filter box back or use separate air filters?

Yes carbs were a pain. But cylinder head studs were even more worse.
In germany it not street legal to use these seperate air filters :( So I have to go with the oringal airbox.

I’m having an issue with my zrx it’s making a rattaling\knocking from front right of can slightly here the same rattle when you give it some gas , is this normal?
