Except for the fact Kratos is not related to Hekate, making Hekate a non family matter. She was never an Olympian deity. She was an elder Titaness, and technically on par with if not more powerful than Zeus.

Damn it I made a the wrong choice by giving the woman the water to drink because I thought clearing her mind to make her forget the pain of losing her lover was the best option. Now I'm the one that's banished. This is why sometime choices in games don't make sense. When you think you're doing good, turns out you're doing bad. I wanted the good ending where Hekate was banished.

I absolutely love the lore and getting to know the isu a bit better. They did a good job at incorporating the Greek gods into the isu. Though it makes the isu look like power crazy maniacs, which a lot of them were, so it’s in line with the cannon. Though knowing it was all a simulation made me care way less about the results of the outcomes than in the base game

You may already know this, but Adonis also has a different outcome. If you choose the romance options and then the correct dialogue options that appear after each romance option, he will eventually say that he wants to kiss you.
If you do kiss him, it will result in a different ending for him. During the final scene when Adonis begs Persephone to let him leave, she states that Aphrodite knows what he did. Then she curses him, making him appear uglier (and possibly blind?), and he is forced to stay in Elysium.
This is the ending that I got with him on my first playthrough lol
@Otaku Tale It’s not the only variation. The scars and possible blindness is the same, but I’ve also heard one where she says “after you went behind my back and f***ed this lowly mortal? I don’t think so.” I also know both Kassandra and Alexios can romance him.

I don’t know if you have to choose every option on the above vid in the link to make it possible. But it does work with the choices made in the vid.
P.S I don’t know how her lowly mortal dialogue, and the Aphrodite knows what you’ve been up to dialogue works. I heard the former on an Alexios vid. And the latter on a Kassandra one. So maybe it’s gender related. Or maybe it’s slightly different dialogue options. All I know is it’s possible. Just hunt around for the vids, and if need be, ask the vid maker directly.
Didn't Persephone and Hades give permission to a bunch of people to try to get their loved ones back in myth- Y'know what. I just have to accept that Ubisoft doesn't give a shit anymore, don't I?
I failed to play my cards right so kassandra would hook up with Adonis - need to kill the blacksmith instead of the messenger. Phersophone dialogue is different If Kassandra/Alexios hook up with Adonis and will not let him leave Elysium and makes him ugly.

i hope hades comes up in the next dlc and teaches these two bickering goddesses a lesson on who truly rules the underworld

This will be the story:
Hades raped Demeter and used the time stone borrowed from Thanos to immedietly age her 9 months. Grabbed her baby into the underworld and there he used the timestone again to make Persephone appear in her 20s. Then Demeter starts doing her stuff and people die of hunger due to Demeter destroying all crops. Hades laughs and says "I always wanted to retake the world from Zeus. Thank you for providing me bigger army. The more people starve to death the more soldiers I have at my disposal." Hades from that point will try to take the Olymp with his army of the dead.
Or I expect nothing better from ubisoft than making Hades into a total villain.

@@deathking1019 I have Hades as my second most favourite God/Goddess and Persephone as third. (only Athena I like more) I would really want Hades to be done well. However, I dont trust Ubisoft to do it. For them Hades is just a Satan of Greek mythology. BUT they might prove me wrong. Well see.
Dark Voice well they may surprise you like this story line adonis persephone and Aphrodite love triangle did happen and he love Aphrodite more and ares later killed him for it so maybe in the next dlc we will meet adonis again after ares kills him and sends him into underworld and hades will command us to punish him for hades
I remember when I was by the silver tongue who to praise, and i thought adonis but it felt too obvious despite being the best choice. I selected Hekate just thinking it might bridge the gap between her and adonis, not knowing it is actually the smart thing to do as its insurance in case she betrays you, which i realized the moment she did :P. DId a smart thing by accident, teehee

i wish there is a way to replay this dlc again without loading old saves, i've made so much progress (missing achievements, club challenges, mastery points etc) after i finished this part so i can't go back.

I saved all my dlc, I can always go back if I feel bored. But doing side quest is more fun than replaying it.

After Persephone says “you know nothing of what I’ve been through” the game pauses for a second and I hear some kind of gameplay sound then the cutscene changes graphic wise into something more cinematic. WHAT IS THAT??
In my playthrough, Adonis became ugly. Never thought there’s this alternate ending of Episode 1.
I failed to exposed her because it requires killing innocent and lying to others. Hakate requires killing Persephone’s loyalist and killing a mother’s innocent son and lying about not killing him.
You can expose Hekate without killing innocents. In my playthrough when Hekate wanted me to poison the wine at the party I told everyone not to drink it so the loyalists survived. I saved Theron, then destroyed the vial of Lethe's water so that his love could find him again. I listened to the entirety of the conversation that Hekate was having. Eventually when it came time to talk to Persephone, I lied to her about my involvement in events and told her that Hekate was trying to help her, this caused Persephone to turn on her friend.

I'm so confused. How do you kill people in Elysium, Tartarus or the Asphodel Fields? It's the afterlife! They're already dead! Do they just press X 3 times and respawn somewhere else, or is there something called Super Death? Everyone asks what happens after death, but what happens when you die after death?
Elysium although supposed to be the "afterlife" model of judaic /christianity heaven, IS DIFFERENT in the game and the historical sense.
1. In the game you were berated by a stable boy when you tried to bribe him 1000 drachmae. Noting that if this is afterlife, drachmae should not be necessary, NOR THAT IS available on every loot pot in the whole elysium!. And remember, there's also a merchant,... in elysium, sigh.
2. Those who died in elysium, where would they go? And in the next sequel to those who died in Hades, where they should go? The simple answer is.... gone.
3. How do you feel when you die and gone to heaven, the whole heaven still ransacking each other just like earth. War in the world, war in heaven.

hey I found the info during "life for a life" quest (the one that persephone ask you to kill Leonidas). Those who died in elysium will die a second death and be sent to Tartaros. But back again to the question what happened after tartaros? BUT THEN AGAIN it's a game concept.

Iskandar Halim It is possible, you just have to choose the correct dialogue options. If you succeed, he will state that he wants to kiss you, and you can do so. This will also result in a different outcome at the end with Persephone.

God, I hated the entirety of this DLC. It’s all so false and damning of the Goddesses. It gives them such a bad name.
They don't just point out the fact that some historical elements are false for nothing.

Seriously guys I don't know what exactly you want. AC was called out for not having enough new ideas and concepts (unity, syndicate) and when ubisoft finally tries something new they get blamed for changing AC... So either way the fans never seems to be satisfied with anything

Ubisoft wanted to make this game, but worried about it underperforming without brand recognition so they loosely tied it to a popular franchise. For longtime players of the franchise it wasn’t what they expected, but for someone like me who didn’t know the series beforehand it was a fun game
@@bobbysyblik68 Not that loosely. There are tons of lore in this game regarding the Isu. Who were there, having a big effect on the series since AC2. But people tend to forget that, and think this series was all about assassins and templars.

Easy, our myths about the Isu are human extrapolations on a much more advanced species. Magic is science we can't explain as they say.
They're not going for the whole idea they're immortal omnipotent beings here like in the myths.

For those who are on Persephone's side and not in Adonis, take advantage of the fact you are inside the rebellion to seduce Adonis, destroy Lethe's water, deliver Hades'horse back to him, return those plans for an eternal fire back to Hermes, expose the spy you helped to infiltrate inside Persephone's army, spare her loyalists and expose Hekate. That way, you're going to be able to help Persephone restore her reign in Elysium after the war with the rebels and, who knows, maybe she'll change her most tyranical ways.
I did this.. Persephone still mad and the end and try to feed me to his dog LOL

3. Don't kill the people in the party in the symposium quest .

Hekate, a Titaness and Goddess, was wronged. Technically, she's Persephone's great great auntie. She helps souls both dead and alive. Like what she said, she helps people and only hurts people who do bad deeds. She assists witches with their craft since she's the goddess of witchcraft. She's just a chill auntie who even helped Persephone's mom, Demeter in searching for her daughter. She's way more powerful than Persephone.
So someone please clarify this for me, in my play through hekate was exposed and banished but I still got kicked out of paradise. Did I screw up up some how

They say all the names weird. They break the syllables up and pronounce the vowels and consonants all wonky.
Their pronounciation is more accurate to Greek, not English. You could say we have been pronouncing it wonky all this while.
@@joshuachong5204 Majority overrides all; I've heard more Per-SEF-uh-nee than I have Per-se-FOH-nee. Therefore, the former is the correct version as determined by more common pronunciation.
John Weaver your assumption is true if what you’ve heard so far constitutes the entirety of the earth’s varied pronunciations on that one word. However, that is quite unlikely.
It is also far more likely that Ubisoft had more exposure to the Greek community and history (to research and make this game) than both you and I combined. As such, the more proper and closer manner to pronounce is what you hear in-game. The more usual and easy-on-the-ears anglicized version is what you and I are more accustomed to. No sleight to you of course, I generally pronounce it the same way you do as well.
