You would need additional 8040 rails on the bottom of it for the traction control, surge, etc. Only the motion is plug and play without any additional hardware.
@@xHMProductionx I genuinely regret selling my rig.. but kids just take up too much of my time right now.. I will definitely get another motion rig one day The Eracing kit can't be matched on price/performance
@@xHMProductionxif you thought D box was laggy this isn’t anywhere near as fast and I have it my self. Xbox was clearly not set up properly. The best for response time is Cubic systems.
@@Megahowler82I’ve had my attached for 2 years and no issues when you brace them correctly. I used sim labs adjustable feet 3 sets of them and bolted them to the profile my monitors attach to and put pressure on the back of the screens to remove any wobble.
Had kids and sold the rig.. But would always recommend the Eracing system.. It has improved alot since the model I bought and I never had a single issue.
It was a SAAS Vortek. I don't recommend it though.. The seat bolsters gave up pretty quick and the backrest had alot of movement. I'm about to start building a new rig with triple 55" TVs if you want to follow along @BigBlokeGaming
It works with PS5 Gran Turismo 7. You need a separate PC (could be a small underpowered PC, e.g. NUC) to control the actuators and run sim racing studio software. Sim Racing Studio listens for telemetry data emitted by GT7 and controls the rig.
Hi, great video. Can I ask, what are those red feet things called which keep the rig in place?
They are just 3D printed feet I designed and printed
Cool, thanks for the reply
Do you get the gear change effect as well what's the feeling is like?
Yeah its one of my favourite effects..
Can make it super violent as well
Hi are you using the aliminum holders for the base of the actuators? My rig is slowly sliding on my floor and i wonder id that would help fix it
Actually using some custom 3D printed feet to stop it from moving
@Megahowler82 hi are you able to share this? I bought a 3d printer
Are any additional parts needed to indtall the RS MEGA+ on a rig like P1X?

I know you sold the rig, but was there any significant lag that you noticed with it?
None whatsoever... It was crazy responsive
@@Megahowler82 you are not helping. I recently tried the d-box, but I felt it was laggy. I will pull the trigger and purchase 🤣. Thank you!

i see this very often, shouldn't your monitor be mounted to the rest of your rig and move with it?
Personal preference...
I don't feel monitors would last long been thrown around

Hey what are your thoughts on the motion after 7 months? Any issues or faults?

The rig is 160x40 extruded aluminium... More specifically the Trak Racer TR160
PC or monitors aren't mounted on the rig so vibrations aren't an issue
