I cant get Wrap, indent, and align parameters or arguments to work... im using the latest build of 2019 Enterprise. I dont get the options that are do in the video. My Quick Actions and Refactorings menu is different. the Ctl+. only two options for me.
Hmm, could be a bug. We'd be happy to investigate if you open an issue on developercommunity.visualstudio.com/. Also, the refactorings can heavily rely on where your cursor is. Make sure your cursor is inside the argument/parameter list and not outside the parenthesis.
