Strong Enough

Strong Enough
Working hard all the time.
Pushing forward to not fall behind.
Situations heavy on your mind.
On that edge of crossing the line.
Everyone’s trying to make it.
A lot get by with faking it.
You do all that you can.
When you’re tired then just stand.
This journey can be tough.
Are you strong enough?
Everything is not going to be easy.
We all wish things were breezy.
That’s not the reality.
Need to clarify our mentality.
All of us are seeking where we belong.
Hopefully before life is gone.
Trying to correct the wrongs.
Being careful while we move on.
What we go through is real stuff.
Are we strong enough?
I’ve been through ups and downs.
God helped turn things around.
Had to pull out of my deepest low.
Life lessons forced me to grow.
Spent a lot of time alone.
Cried out to God on my own.
Addressed faults that have been shown.
Asking Jesus as I move on,
While this walk can be rough,
Am I strong enough?
