If you buy the ticket to do both courses can you do one and come back later in the day and do the other or do you have to do both at the same time?
I would assume you could do them at separate times, if you felt the wait was too long or you wanted to grab a meal between courses and come back I would assume they would do that. I would just confirm with them to be 100% sure.

No mermaids when we went our kids were so disappointed
I'm sure they were on a bathroom break or somewhere else. The cast there floats around the courses. If you ever miss an opportunity with cast, I'm sure you could float back around with no problem. They're very nice there.
