it doesnt work like that , the debuff does hassan put on you doesnt cause intant death but they drain your hp to 0

@@morsayxd4441 the mobs cause death when they are killed, so skadi works, i saw a run with it
Edit: also never heard a stat that drops your hp to 0, basically droping hp to 0 is technically insta death
