- Hello Everybody! Welcome back to the channel. Today, we are playing as the United Kingdom and once again we are attempting to collect some more achievements.

Hearts of Iron IV is a grand strategy video game developed by Paradox Development Studio and published by Paradox Interactive. It was released worldwide on June 6, 2016. It is the sequel to 2009's Hearts of Iron III and the fourth main installment in the Hearts of Iron series. Like previous games in the series, Hearts of Iron IV is a grand strategy wargame that focuses on World War II. The player may take control of any nation in the world in either 1936 or 1939 and lead them to victory or defeat against other countries.
If you form the Imperial Federation as a democracy you get called the Commonwealth of Nations. If you form it while communist (which is almost impossible due to a highly stacked against you civil war) you get called the Commonwealth of Peoples. If you form it while fascist you're simply The Empire. Only as monarchist will it actually be called the Imperial Federation.

Honestly, now I very much enjoy watching these Vanilla HOI4 videos! Getting achievements during these playthroughs probably must be pretty satisfactory.
I've actually had a lot of fun playing the vanilla game, I've still got to videos to edit which are also on the base game

I honestly have no idea why they did it 🤷♂️ they just went made declaring war on random people I think
This is just a WW2 with a WW1-style frontline. The only difference is Germany is not a monarchy, Japan is not part of the Allies, Italy helping Germany, and Russia is communist.
Yeah that's pretty much spot on, just a few little differences
