Thank you! I took a 2 week vacation at the end of May to avoid the heat, crowds, and hurricanes. I knew ahead of time to leave Alabama and Georgia before the rain came. My family in Atlanta called to see if we were ok. I told them we were on the beach in Mississippi eating oysters already 😂. I knew everybody was attending graduations so tourists attractions were going to be easy to get in and out quick. As soon as I pulled in my driveway in Louisiana, it started raining 😂.

Communication tents need to be setup to instruct linemen teams on what areas of the town they are to go to and report back after completing their assigned work. These men will be away from home for a long period of time. They are getting paid a lot of money to do their job. The linemen I have seen look very tired and exhausted. When they come in from a shift they know they will have a hot meal, shower, clothes washed and get a good night’s sleep. These mobile tent shelters not need to just one city’s use. They could be placed in a geographical area where they can be quickly trucked into the disaster area ahead of the linemen.
