You make less gold doing that. I promise you find more gold on the ground than you do selling random blue items. If you are starting out just pick up blue items that have stats you want. Disenchant all the yellows you don't use. Store all the orange items for other characters to use. Pick up anything with a socket and salvage it. Focus on exploring the entire map systematically before moving to each next area.
For those complaining that he is not picking up stuff up, is because he is doing a breach, therefore he is not wasting time picking up everything due to being timed.
The fact that none of it got picked up physically hurts me EDIT: to all the basement dwellers commenting, I’m new to POE and I have an actual job so I’m sorry I’m still in campaign and not playing 14 hours a day to know exactly that I’m doing🙄
Those 2 divines were like 90% of the total drop value. At some point it’s more profitable to just pick up big drops and maps and leave the other trash on the floor!

You can do this with 130% rarity on gear if you properly juice your maps. The bigger problem is that sometimes the game turns into a slideshow or crashes when you open a breach on certain maps.

Basically meaning I give out great damage output, but my defenses are incredibly low. So I would try to pick up only the very important things that drop. Like Divine Orbs, Exalted Orbs, Breach Splinters, Waystones, Precursor Tablets. Because I might die and need to grab the loot before I get one shotted. lol. But the thing about Breaches is that they don't last long, and you're swarmed by enemies when they occur. So don't even attempt them unless you know that you can handle them enough to finish it, then grab all the loot when it's done.

Its not super easy right now, but if you want to be a loot vacuum, support roles like chronomancer slow/time freeze are great because you have nothing to do except stand around for auras and collect loot.

You need to get your skillpoints for Breach and Atlas. Then you get all 3 prefixes on your maps and you will drop a lot of Exalted orbs and sometimes a Divine.
Sad news guys, for anyone that got a potato pc like me won’t be having a good time in endgame. Just finished campaign in cruel and done my first maps. Couldn’t play 1min without lags. Graphs say it’s VRAM but didn’t had that problem while campaign at all. Really annoying..😢
Same to me, was playing gaz arrow build. This build melt my pc. I try everything, nothing change, when gaz explose with many mobs, i lost so many fps thats my eye start crying. PS : i have a i5 6700k with a 1080, so its understable, really sad i love that game, but cant play endgame maps.

People crying about rarity is so crazy to me. Just go and buy some rarity gear yourself. If you are running t15 maps it's a matter of hours to reach 100+ rarity. If you juice properly this will boost your gains a lot and allows u to get more rarity. Literally every build can fit it in. If you dont even run t15s don't even worry about rarity. The whole economy adjusts to prices, so it doesn't even really affect you.

I wish id known how rare these are, I must have been super lucky cause I found 5 of them during campaign and I used them in worthless rares. Afterwards I learned and its probably been 100 hours now without one. Guess my luck was all used up.

dont be fooled by title.yes rarity is great. but the thing making this good is broken breach mechanic combined with juiced up maps. with great RNG. ive seen ppl with 0rarity gett 5 divines in 1 map so nothing new.

People crying about rarity think that if they remove rarity somehow they will be able to afford top-end gear xd. No you won't. TOP tier items will always be unreachable for 90+% of players. Thanks to rarity as it is now you can atleast fully-gear character with capped res and some other good stats for 1 div or even less. Triple res (3x20%+) + 20% mov speed boots are 1 EXALT. Do you understand how crazy that is? But most people search for items that are top-tier top-roll mods and are crying that these items costs 20-30 divs a piece. Clowns

You need rarity on your gear. it makes all the difference. they messed this up big time and running maps without rarity gear is a waste of time (loot wise)

Ngl, not sure how anyone has fun playing like this. I had to stop playing my sorcerer build because the game became too easy after Act 2. I started a melee build to purposefully make it more challenging and enjoyable. But hey, to each their own I suppose 🤷♂️

Then quit because this is what endgame looks like. You know there’s items that cost thousands of divines right? And 99% of builds can’t do 500% rarity and still do juiced t16 map

I know this is 8 days late but this is not what 400% rarity looks like, this is what quantity on your map looks like. Rarity means nothing after 100 for currency. Only tiered rares

People look the guy doing one map in video and believe he loot 2 divine eceytime by map.. just 😂 I have 300% + rarity and yes you loot more but not like that’s .. just a lucky run.
