Question: Can you use 2 different voltage in the same time? like I need 12v for one application and 24v for another one

I'm struggling with 13 Tap (12 pair + CT) secondary. How do I calculate the rated current if use a non-symmetrical pair of taps? My outer-most winding rated 400v @ 40mA and the next lower pair of taps is rated 135v @ 200mA. When I measure V from one of each I get the desired voltage (300). I would presume the mA rating would be somewhere between 40-200.

How can I turn it to be 3 face secondary and equal 12v.
