HI Visalam Krishnan, Modpodge is a kind of water proof glue. Even if your bangles become wet, threads won't come off. If Mod Podge is not available, you can use any fevicol like glue.

Is it for sticking the thread on the bangle or after finishing , it has to be applied on the bangles. Thank you very much for immediate reply.
