Cheesy Crockpot Chicken

I found this yummy recipe and as always, had to adjust it and it turned out delicious! It can be halved or doubled, however you want to make it!
4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
1 tsp approximately of Italian seasoning
pepper to taste
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 8oz blocks cream cheese
2 10.5oz cans cream of chicken soup
Add all ingredients to crockpot, cook on high 4-5hours or low 6-8 hours. Once the cream cheese melts, stir together and allow chicken to finish cooking in cheese sauce. Enjoy!
Once it finished cooking, I stirred and used the spoon to break the chicken into smaller pieces, it was really tender!
