Who Are the Chief Judges for Tulsa County in 2023?

An annual vote takes place where judges select different chief judges for divisions in Tulsa County. Administrative Order AO 2023-4 filed on January 25th, 2023 sets the chief judges for each division for the year. District Judge Kelly Greenough is the chief judge for the Civil Division, District Judge David Guten for the Criminal Division, District Judge James Huber for the Family Law Division, District Judge Kevin Gray for the Juvenile Division, and District Judge Kurt Glassco for the Probate Division.
Additional oversight is provided for alternative courts, with Judge Rebecca Nightingale supervising Alternative Court programs, Judge Kelly Greenough supervising Domestic Violence programs, and Caroline Wall serving as the court's liaison to Early Settlement programs.
