Nothing to do with heavy metal, & everything to do with the 52 VtK system. If you look at the skull closely, you'll see that it's made up of weapons. Those weapons & some others are taught as a part of the 52 VtK Curriculum. Add to this the fact that I'm Taurus, & the reason as to why the weapons take the shape of a bull. Nothing sinister. Harambee!
I saw a fight from a 52 blocks fighter, Lyte Burly. Dude was bragging about 52 blocks and etc... But as soon as the figgt started, he immediately went for a takedown😂. He took his opponent down and beat him up but it was clear that his ground fighting skills were poor, his opponent was just clueless.
lyte dont represent 52 to me. hes a boxer. he cant teach the idea in this vid cuz he dont know it or understand it. 52 goes past boxing bcuz it breaks boxing rules. this vid shows why although highly effective still if u do 52 in a boxers mentally it can limit ur 52 but not necessarily the outcome

@kesuya I believe that I know the fight you're speaking of; it took place in a park, if I remember correctly. I agree with you, that fight wasn't an example of 52 Blocks I'm use, but I believe that Lyte says in that very same video after the fight that he was doing Bagua or something to that effect (in point of fact, he says that the takedown he used was an example of his skill in Bagua). The fact is, you can't judge a system based on an individual. Doing so limits the system & it also limits your ability to look beyond that person in your search of examples of the practical application of the system. I know Lyte, & I respect his work ethic, & while he has been the standard bearer of 52 Blocks for awhile now, he in no way represents the 52 community as a whole. At this point, I don't think anyone person does.
Then you misunderstand the concept of defense, particularly as it applies to fighting in the street. You want to be proactive on a violent encounter. Doing anything less afords the opponent to dictate the pace & rhythm of the encounter. Floyd Mayweather is a phenomenal boxer as we're Parnell Whitaker & others. But I'm willing to bet that if you asked Floyd if he'd fight that way on the streets, he'd tell you no. The reason for this is that in boxing you have the luxury of time, & of knowing who & how many people you're fighting. On the street, you don't. As such you need to end the fight quickly & efficiently. Being proactive allows you to do that. Fighting a defensive fight doesn't. Add to this that the very nature of the word "defense" implies you waiting to be attacked, ie, waiting to be made a victim. Here in New York the law doesn't even say you ha e to wait to be attacked to take action, you just need the "reasonable belief" that you will be attacked to act preemptively. So why wait? Thanks for taking the time to watch the video. I appreciate you 💯. Harambee!
@@at0micwerew0lf Respectfully I disagree, standing there and slugging it out won't always work especially if the other fighter is a better slugger than you. Having a good defence is a must if you want longevity. By defence I don't mean curling up in the fetal position I simply mean slipping and parrying punches/kicks

@R.G.777. Consider, Brother: 52, REAL 52, isn't about "slugging it out," it's about creating angles to out position your opponent while placing obstacles in the path of their punches that can damage their hands. It's about being proactive, not reactive. It's more about counterattacking & attacking than it is about waiting & defending. Thanks for taking the time to watch the video. I appreciate you 💯. Harambee!
@@52_VtK You make some valid points but I think where we disagree is maybe what we define as defence. Tyson was one of the most aggressive fighters but he still incorporated a very good defence into his attack which was the Bob and weave, whether in a street fight or boxing at some point someone is going to attack you and you have to be able to handle it i.e slip, parry bob and weave. My idea of defence in a street fight isn't assuming the fetal position and hoping your opponent tires. Just to be clear Im not claiming to know more than you brother because I can tell you've put work in, I just think maybe there is a misunderstanding in how we both interpret defence.
Liked & subbed…I enjoyed your presentation.
Good things, L&R.

Defence is a victims mind state????🤔 Mayweather comes to mind
Mayweather is a boxer, not someone on the street fighting to keep his, stay alive and make it home. You cant compare prize fighting to survival.
