If my Texas Longhorns somehow beat the Georgia Bulldogs at home more than likely they will be number one in the SEC.
Texas A&M will not be that good especially with a new head coach and a brutal schedule as well
Their schedule isn’t brutal. Their hardest games are at home.

@@kev614 Mizzou doesn’t deserve to be ranked higher than 7. their best win was against an opt out ohio state team who played like actual garbage. they beat a terrible Florida team by 2 at home. they do not deserve to be a top 6 team.

@@Drollpanther their starting QB was hurt for two of those games, and TCU was his first game back after injury lmao. mizzou is nowhere close to 4. 7 is generous. Mizzou fans have zero idea how football works and shouldn’t pretend like they do.
A&M literally hasn't been any better than a program like Kentucky over the past 6 years or so. You can literally put both their records up next to each other and Kentucky has actually been just as impressive as A&M. Yet A&M consistently is ranked as if their one of the better teams. Makes no sense.. I'd take Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, LSU all over A&M. Easily.
Actually A&M is the 4th-winningest team in the SEC. Guess where Kentucky ranks…
@@TylerEubank since 2016 Kentucky has went 7-6, 7-6, 10-3, 8-5, 5-6, 10-3, 7-6, 7-6. Over the same time period A&M has two 9 win seasons, one 9-4 and 9-1 in COVID year. The rest A&M was either 8-4 or 8-5 or 7-6. My point is Kentucky has been almost just as successful as a&m over the past 8 years without top 5 recruiting classes. The point I was making was A&M is consistently looked at as a top 10 football team but under perform almost every year. And if I'm not mistaken Kentucky came into college station back in 2018 and gave them a ball game, and that was before stoops started consistently recruiting top 25 classes. Stoops was the guy that helped build the defense that Jimbo Fisher had the following year that helped him win his only national championship, and he has consistently done just as good as Jimbo done at Kentucky with less talent, and A&M fans scoffed at the idea that they was gonna hire him, yet settled for a guy that coached at Duke in the ACC with not even near the amount of success. Makes no sense. I don't hate A&M at all, I actually root for them to be good, and we will see what the new coach does.

My point is A&M is always hyped up as a top 10 team and Kentucky has had almost, or even more success in the same time span with less talent. Look at the record history between both programs since 2016. I'd say Mark stoops has done just as good of a job over the past 8 years than Jimbo Fisher has and didn't start to get consistent top 25 classes until 2018. And Jimbo was landing blue chip recruits. And the last time they played it was a game that Kentucky almost won in college station and it went to overtime and stoops had a significantly less talented roster. Oh and stoops was the guy that built Florida states defense that helped Jimbo win his only championship in 13'. Im glad stoops didn't leave Kentucky, but if he did go to A&M he would have them alot better than Jimbo ever did. 💯💯
