But buying land and constructing house has 3 advantages 1. Even your house gets old you can modify both interior and exterior in long term according to situational trends. 2. Even if you want to demolish whole house planing to move somewhere else (obviously you will not just in case) if considered land value , it'll be doable after 50 years. 3. Finally I want say is , your childrens and your grand childrens, and your grand-grand children can even live or use the "land" properties when compared to buyin flats. Just think about the future. And one more point I would like to mention is; considering the growing population of our India in future I'm 200% sure that people will fight for buying lands or plots it's better to invest now only. better is buying lands and constructing house of our own than buying flats.
