You guys really need to check out '8 out of 10 cats does countdown' British sense of humour at its best.....especially sean locks outrageous comment, Jimmy carrs unnecessary joke, and joe wilkinsons poem
i can't imagine who compiled this list - 'iconic'? you've got to be kidding - I've never seen any of this nonsense (I wanted to use a different word but this is youtube). Really, there must be a million things you could check out from British tv that would demonstrate the infinite variety and sometimes genius of British comedy; from the clever use of 'wordplay' from The Two Ronnies to the story telling of Dave Allen and Billy Connolly, the sheer lunacy of Spike Milligan, Peter Cook & Dudley Moore and of course - Monty Python (the most 'iconic' comedy sketch show of all time on both sides of the Atlantic) not to mention the many classic sitcoms. I could go on and on but I'll spare you - you made such a good start with the clips you have watched up until this point. Really love you guys but where on earth did you find this? incidentally I'm not sure I would agree with T's opinion of nudity in the UK - take your balls out in public and you will be arrested. 😁❤
Yo I'm a Brit and none of this is funny at all. Has no right being called "iconic British tv moments." Tell you what though the kids walking in on the interview is pretty iconic though. Was fairly recent, and after it went viral he conducted another interview *with* his kids around I think, and was less uptight and weird about it
Nudity anywhere in uk/europe isn't a big deal or not compared the America anyway. You can't be naked in public or on TV before 9pm (unless it's educational, like they've done breast/testicle cancer exams, like shown people how to look for lumps, on daytime TV).
Not iconic, there's a lot funnier compilations. In the meantime, have a look at Peter Kay's "misheard lyrics". Brilliant stuff. Enjoy watching both of you, and your comments are very insightful, your laughter infectious.
Middle English comedy, not British. The rest....not really scripted comedy. As for the ape vid, if they did the same with Naga there would have been screams of racism, but it is OK because Nicola is white!?
you have started going down the rabbit hole of U,K culture , good luck .
"I want to check out their cooking programs" ...👀 ..."yeah alright ok" 😂 love u guys 😂 😂
Enjoyed both of your energy. Ali G provides some interesting laughs from a comedy perspective in the UK. Keep up the great work.
Iconic my arse.
You 2 are greatly mistaken: nudity in public is illegal in UK! You get arrested for being nude in public!

If you're gunna watch bake off, watch the celebrity one. The normal one is okay if you are board, but they celebrity one is a laugh.
not sure how well researched that list is 🤣
The clip at 2.00 minutes is from 'The Undateables.' It is a great programme. Take a look.

Acaster's pretty iconic, but I agree
My brother can faint thinking about blood lol.

Random clips rather than iconic lol

You should check out the comedian Stewart Lee. his Brexit Vs Trump skit is ace.
An extremely odd selection of clips. James Acaster, Jimmy Carr, Bob Mortimer: all very funny but nothing really "iconic" here
Not the funniest choice but you weren't to know. I think you'd enjoy funny British memes & a ton of our comedians.
Watch Twin Town, on RUclips
