Routines have become very important for me now that life is.. different. I've never been a coffee person but this summer when I was going through my post-surgery trauma these moments became so special. It was a time for me to just be and reflect. My workout routine has also become special for me, I've started doing more pilates at home and that has given me a deeper connection to my body. If that makes sense. It just makes me feel very appreciative of my body and all it does. Flowers, this just makes me so happy and adds a pop of color to a very grey Stockholm haha.
