My manager shared that we get first pick of all clearance before customers. It’s our perk and our right. Only the stuff that we don’t want is on the floor.
I was a manager for Walgreens for six years and we were not allowed to get anything unless it was clearance on the shelves and we were not allowed to hide anything in the back or we would get in trouble so I think that’s wrong in some kind of way!! Walgreens is all about the customer!!
I think the employees should by it out on the floor like us. But we all no that's not going to happen. Thank you for helping me save so much. These 4 grandsons get expensive..❤❤...I want it!!!😊
When I found tide for $3, I had 5 in my cart and left some for someone else to get. I saw a lady take the rest and was even checking on top of shelves to see if there was more. She went to go check out. A few mins later, I saw her again checking inventory! She was a Walmart employee but had regular clothing with her name tag. Employees do buy stuff while on the clock!
Keeping clearance items or any items in back isn't a Walmart policy, these employees are doing this on their own. If stores are doing this and the manager is letting them it's wrong because Walmart Headquarters have no idea, they are doing this on their own.
Yea worked at Target for 7 years, you could not purchase unless it was on the sales floor after mark down for a certain hour & reshop could not be bought if it was not in sales floor.
I grabbed 12 packs of Huggies diapers for 2.48 and 2.76. There were plenty left. The employees were standing by my self checkout hating, then asked me if they were on clearance like I didn’t hear them. I guarantee you they went and put them in the back when I left.
👍🏼 l nvr knew they kept it in the back for employees, wow. Well, I think it should all be out in the clearance section, first come first serve. I want it plz and Thank you 💖 Have a blessed week🙏🏼💖
@@bargainshoppingwithteeyaj 👍🏼Totally agree Teeyaj. Now I know why the Walmart in my area nvr have hardly anything in the clearance section. I kept wondering why there's nothing (that no one wants to purchase). Tfs😊
My walmart empty all hell. Never see anything you post on clearance at my store mabey one or two items that's it.. I know for a fact these employees keep stuff in the back . Not right at all. They better start putting stuff out for us to buy
I forgot to add that corporate now does a lot of clearance without their knowledge because corporate does not agree with their philosophy. They also don't want them randomly marking down for themselves, and their buddies. Corporate expects them to shop on their time and customers 1st! Most companies don't allow employees to consume benefits while on the clock and keep things from paying customers, which is the heart of the business. Most people can't shop on their employer's time and dime or keep things from the company's clients
Hey girl! I don’t know how u have a family and and shop everyday. I’ve been trying to shop ever other day but, it gets expensive for me. But, keep it up…
Hey, Lol I don’t go everyday but I try to check out as many items as I can. All the kids are in school so it’s the perfect time to hit up a few stores/ I don’t buy half the stuff I show because it is expensive to buy everything you see just because it’s a good deal❤️
Thanks. Employees can be fired if caught holding things while on the clock. I get that they should get deals, but they have to do so on their time and not prevent costumers from getting bargains. A manager at a retailer told me that employees are given discounts and special deals. guests don't have access to. She also agrees that they are paid to put merchandise out while on the clock, not to shop for their buddies and themselves. I get it. Yes they're wrong for the price switch. They expect you to buy it anyway and say L.O L 😂
I understand that the employees are customers too, but when I worked in retail sector you had to shop only on your day off or off the clock. You could not hide anything. Customers first!
Idk. I know goodwill doesn't allow their employees to buy anything until the end of the business day. I couldn't work there considering all the good stuff that comes in. I'd have to buy lol
I can’t believe how empty ur Walmart is! 😳😳😳 if that was mine we would be cart 🛒🛒 to cart!! I’d much rather go when it’s “dead” , but that’s hardly ever. Thank u tho for all these finds!🤗🤗
@@bargainshoppingwithteeyaj That’s what I would do too girl! I would have to go like an hour before closing or something lol If u find any good deals this Summer on back-to-school finds, PLZ post! 🤞🏼everything is soo dang high right now.
I went to Ross shopping front of me she got a lot of stuff for $.45 and she told me don’t touch this this is mine it’s not fair you wake up early another employer first before the customer why.
The Walmart in Durango Co has zero when it comes to clearance. It stinks because the closest one to me besides that one, which is a 70 mile round trip at $4.09 a gallon.. is in New Mexico and a 200 mile round trip! It gets picked over in Durango because it’s the only one in the 4 corners of Colorado. I think they should get some but not all of it.
I PERSONALLY don't like that the clearance are keep at the back for the workers I Think we should be able to get it first then if some left they should get it😙😙
Thanks for Sharing Peace Out!!
Thanks

Our Walmart employees have been doing this for years it’s ridiculous how ugly they get when they see customers get a good deal

Oh for sure, they buy stuff all the time
Hamilton beach crockpots on clearance and pioneer woman travel overnight bag too

Right definitely not the policy

Yeah, I don’t think they should hold it in the back but they can let them know what’s on clearance so they can get some as well.

Happy Monday beautiful lady ❤
Hey
Oh my! Good to know!
How funny and most of the employees don’t know they’re back there. It’s mostly the greedy ones who go keep them in the back
In our Walmart stores they hide things in the back or they have their family or friends buy it for them
I seen this with my own eyes
I worked e Walmart at one time and putting items aside for employees was against company policy
Ty have a great day
You do the same❤️

I don’t think that’s fair, but I have seen it also.
I understand the workers want it for themselves but I don’t believe it’s fair to get first dips and to hide it in the back.
I have a Wal-Mart by me that I can't stand never stocked and there clearance is a joke it's sad.
What state are you shopping from?
👍🏼
Hello Teeyaj 👋🏼 Happy Monday to you and everyone here💛 Yesss, scan scan scan👍🏼 I want it plz and Thank you 😊

👍🏼WoW, that's a awesome deal on the mixer, great markdown 👌🏼 thank you for sharing w/us Teeyaj 😊 I want it plz and Thank you 💛

Thank you T, I think the employees should be able to buy it, they don't make enough money working and need bargains too. ✝️❤️

I totally agree its a perk working in retail..kind of a trade off how hard we work
I agree with you 💯🇯🇲🇱🇷

I wonder if this is a rule that comes from corporate or if this is a store by store issue.
Our kids go bk Aug 9th
Happy Monday great video today ❤❤❤❤❤ I WANT PLEASE ANAD THANK YOU🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
That's not true in all stores, not all allow it
Right, not in all stores but more than I thought. A few months ago the store in my area would of never allowed it but now they do🤷♀️.
@@bargainshoppingwithteeyaj shoot one store is so strict here they can only shop at lunch time and not 15min breaks and shop after shift

Yeah maybe they shouldn’t keep it in the back like that. Just put it on the clearance aisles. I see workers shopping all time on the clearance aisles.
