Have you tried turning notifications off and on again? I have heard this a few times and the explanation seems to be that if a user is not active on channels, then RUclips thinks either it's a bot or an inactive user.
I am being hacked and harassed by old coworkers for 2 years now and not help from authorities, no one will help. They remove all my family and friend from my life. They force / pay neighbors to harass me so i move. Have their kids hack my network illegally. I am still hoping for the authorities to help, although it has been years with no luck.
