Ah, I know this fairytale. So the seven goat kids were left home while the mother went to do something. She warned them not to open the door unless they could see her long white hair and cloven feet. So the wolf came and tried to get them to open the door but the little goats could tell it wasn’t her because of what she’d told them. Unfortunately they weren’t wise enough to not scream out to the wolf how they could tell. So he came back with fake fur and fake hooves and they opened it and all got swallowed except for one who hid well. When the mom came back her child told her everything, she was furious at the wolf. She found him sleeping by a river and used some sewing shears to open the wolf belly. She then slipped out her six kids (who were well) and replaced them with six heavy stones so the wolf would suspect nothing. The wolf wakes up, goes to drink in the river and sinks from the weight of the stones.
