This resonated with me a lot man. That's why I prefer watching Apex as opposed to actually playing it these days. It's the only game I've ever played that has made me toxic which is why I'm refraining from playing as much. Not worth the stress imo
Try taking a break from it, might help with the burnout. Try some other single player games or meet up with friends and stuff for a while, try a month or so. Can help you feel better about the game, maybe even play better when you get back
