Love your theories of life, because talking to yourself is good for the soul and spirit, it also keeps your mind busy, I used to work with a trash company in North Carolina (13 years) and I covered a lot of territory. I started by working in the city pulling a trash cart and worked my way to working out of the office, I had three counties in North Carolina and one county in Virginia that I delivered roll out trash carts in when I was forced to retire, it was a job that a few others had tried and failed to keep up with lol, I was also certified for working on trash compactors. Like you, I found a lot of stuff people throw out can be reused or recycled though actual recycling is not, I repeat not, profitable as the recycle program is unable to keep up with demand for used materials, that and a lot of normal household recyclables usually end up in the landfills as businesses that buy materials for recycling are not that many to begin with and the few businesses that do buy recycling are not able to compete as demand for recycled materials dwindles with the exception of metals,

I hated seeing that lawnmower get trashed. We need a new front tire for ours just like it. Those tires/ wheels are expensive to replace 😢 it’s a great lawnmower.

My grandmother always told us not to plant our flowers until May 15th. Sure enough last night we had a freeze warning and I see now why she told us this. She had Alot of scam calls on her landline phone and I can always remember her telling me this. Half of the time they were medical scam calls. Her reaction would be just to speak to them in some made up language before hanging up 😂. I miss her so much.
We had one of those little tvs. I took it to work every day and set it up in our back room when 9/11 happened. Our back room was the favorite place to be those first couple of days. We watched it while we marked our order. Our first micro wave was an Emerson.

I can't remember what he did I do know he wasn't an officer it was before him and I met and we have been together 37 years his last place before getting out was Baton Rouge Louisiana which I think is so funny since there is no ocean there.
Paul I couldn’t wait to get home to tell you how well I did today. As you know hubby passed away in July and I have been doing so much on my own. Ok so today I saw a dumpster with some metal so I started loading it. The guy came out and said I have more do you want it ? I said yes please. So I loaded it all on the truck and I looked up a scrap yard took all of it there and 740 pounds later I got $300 . I went back and loaded about half of that again I couldn’t reach the rest. Lol well I had to tell you not bad for a lady gonna be way over 60 lmao!! Thanks Paul for listening!
Aren't you supposed to refrigerate the apple cider vinegar? I use Mrs. Braggs apple cider vinegar, and it says refrigerate . (Too keep the mother alive.) I put mine in tea with lemon and Stevie sweetener. I just love Olivia's sweet disposition and smile when she sees you.

I had one of those Emerson portable TV's. Took it with us in our conversion van to keep the kids entertained on vacation. It took a bunch of batteries (12 D cells). Had rabbit ears mounted on the exterior drip rail. Could get TV stations when we were near towns.

LED TVs are the thing I had one when I was driving truck they put perfect in your truck I had a little color TV and then one day I come back from the weekend and somebody else's wanted it more than me so they took it when I was not around that really sucks too cuz when you're sitting around got hours waiting for a layover waiting to get loaded turn on the TV and watch a program I maybe think about keeping it secret work

Brother Paul, I have a "WOW GOD"Blessing to tell you. We have climbed that Mountain. Things turned out so much better than I expected to. It wasn't a financial Mountain, but our marriage was saved. Thank the Lord!! Back to the scrap world, another farm call yesterday. We was given a Woods Zero turn ridding lawnmower. It runs fine. It does need new belts. Bruce drove it up on our trailer. I just can't believe all the blessings that we were given yesterday. We did have to drive an hour away, but that's ok.

I mix it with water. About 1 oz of water and one fluid ounce of apple cider vinegar. Maybe a little bit less. It's still horrible
