Hi, Trang thanks for your comment Actually for me there is no specific rule to determine the beams arrangements as you know the plan depends on the patient anatomy and physician contouring, the beams arrangement that mentioned in my presentation i determined it according to my clinical practical experience after many years i found that this is the most suitable arrangement for treatment 😊
