I work nights and go thru headlight bulbs like crazy. Basic low beam halogen bulbs last for about 300 hours. As the brightness of the halogen bulb increases, the life span of the bulbs decreases drastically. Bright hi-beams have about 150 hour life span. I'm switching to LED'S because they last a lot longer and are way cheaper in the long run.
