This video had major impact on me. I can't wait to pull a set out and get to work. I make lots of designs in volume, so I know this will be smooth. I do have a suggestion however. I will be using these stencils for multiple cards so I will not expect vellum to withstand that. You can however purchase blank stencil sheets. Having the inside of the die cut as a mask is brilliant. Thanks so very much for sharing. This is absolutely life changing for me. XO Merry Christmas and God bless

I've found that craft plastic, yupo paper and acetate seem to work really well for making stencils too. They may also hold up better for multiple uses. I anxiously await your next video as I don't believe I've ever come away from one of your videos without learning something. ❤️❤️

Beautiful cards as always! If you have a laminator, try running an empty sleeve through then die cutting that. I think a 3mil sleeve would work great, the 5mil sleeves that I tried were just a tiny bit to thick. Same idea as the vellum but a bit more sturdy. Thank you for all your content and amazing projects!

I bought stencil vellum awhile ago to make my own stencils so I’m sure this technique will be perfect! I just wonder does the vellum last enough to use multiple times? Earlier this year a friend and I spent a day making stencils from many of our dies. We used clear mylar. The stencils are really sturdy, but intricate dies did not cut very well from this material. The heavy-weight velum would work better for them. I also cut my own stencil designs from the mylar.
Jennifer, where do you get that pink gem holder with the nozzle? I’ve been looking on each of your recent video’s description/shopping list and haven’t ever seen it. I could really use one of those! 😊

You can use the stencil more than once if you are very careful.

If you do it very carefully it can be cleaned off enough for a second use
