The prices are way too expensive for a street food even if its a butterly thing. I have boycott Raju for its famous pricing thing. We have other options as Yadgar Omlette Center and Maaji Sainik for Egg lovers with a reduced pricing than this one.

@@Streetfoodflavour If the name written is Amul on packet it doesnt mean they are from Amul company...I have been eating Amul butter since childhood ...Even if we spread Amul butter on hot roti it melts within seconds ...And here this butter is not even melting on that hot tawa and he is flipping it many times till it vanishes inside the masala...

Apart from the sloppy way of working, the completely dirty stalls and the even dirtier hands and clothes of the cooks (although this shop is relatively clean here in the video and certainly represents an exception), I have the impression that in India only lousy cheap margarine, eggs and cheese are eaten, as well as too many spices that spoil the taste.
You can see here mostly videos of omelet shops, with want to be chefs who obviously have no skills at all and literally destroy tons of eggs, bread and margarine by processing everything into crap and garbage.

@@Shadow-pf9hs good point, so the oil is technically the soup of the regular thing that their making, the amount of salt and other seasonings are way too much for the average human... which means they should call their recipes, heart attack on a bunch or heart attack on BLANK, because too much butter and oil is way out of control. Well, the people should be equally blamed because he's trying to make a living, its the demand of the people. I live in this city only but never had food there. I know what suits my body! Nobody is stuffing food up the mouth, its just their choice to eat.
