Even his last message and last song, still lifting up the name of Jesus. That's why Bishop David Ellis was Bishop David Ellis.

The Great Bishop went from labor to take his rest before the Lord 2 days after this service.

I was @ work, fail to my knees and asked God to give US strength, and He did exactly that!! My co-worker had to drive me home in my car. My husband met me @ home and we went straight to the church~~our 2nd home ~ that where we got our peace with our brothers and sisters, I'll never forget that day. God is good. Bishops homegoing thrusted some of us right into our destiny. We knew it was time for our generation to stop leaning on our forefathers and get to work!!!! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!

The Lord will give you strength. As Bishop Ellis sings in this wonderful medley, Jesus will fix it. I pray that the Lord will give you comfort and peace in the midst of your storm. Jesus will never leave you nor will he forsake you. Be encouraged.

Thornton wow and my father died of a heart condition the Dr told him to stop preaching because his heart was weeak and he didn't stop and one day the Lord called him home and I was just wondering was it his heart to well what ever happened it was for the will of God and he is at home now so RIP both of you!

I came across this video about three weeks ago. I probably watch it about 10 times a day,no kidding. & I never heard of this Bishop or his Church before. I think these songs means more to me than I know. Someone below said that after this service he made his transition? How unfortunate. Was it natural causes? Was he the type of person that if sometihng was bothering him, you would never know it. Cause in the video you would never know he was ill.

I think those women with the white and red are altar workers. I've been to many Apostolic churches and altar workers are a large part of the church especially when people are called to be saved or filled with the Holy Ghost.

nah good Christian rap is just that Christian. Remember that this type of music with all of the instrumental accompaniment was at one time considered sinful too. SO don't berate the newer stuff. Especially if it captures the timeless truth of God and attempts to deliver it in a timely fashio to people stuck in time blinded by the times and perishing with time!
