Today I learned that I will never lane against a Calico again during the rest of my playtime in Deadlock. New most miserable laning opponent just dropped, her entire kit feels like it's built specifically to poke fun at Infernus, and I am never fighting her. They really gave her free ethereal shift, the best earlygame sustain which also chunks you (300+ damage with like 1 melee item) and an incredibly fast mobility option. Oh, and Yamato bombs, too. For good measure! She also has the 2nd best deny gun in the entire game, cause they took a shotgun and made it automatic... thanks valve. Might as well make it hitscan too.
She’s pretty tough, but if she misses her 2 then she misses out on a lot of damage and health, I think people are adjusting to her kit, you can double jump over her slash and her bombs are hard to hit unless you’re in melee range so just spacing her out like an Abrams is a good idea if you’re struggling, her 4 is a great tower diving ability so definitely leave if you’re low
