Did you ever check out the review on the PSR-EW425? It's also 76 keys, and it's the top end model in the E-Series (left and right line outs, gigantic speakers, 6 track sequencer)
Well done! What I'm trying to figure out is...when I am playing a song, can I turn off the melody? I've only had it for a few weeks but whenever you play a song the keyboard automatically adds the melody and when I'm playing a different variation it sounds cacophonous. Trying to find a style that works can be tedious due to the sheer number available.
Thanks! I never use the built in songs myself, but I do see function 22 is "Song Melody Voice" - I'm assuming you can choose what voice you want the song melody to play in, you might want to start there (maybe there's a voice that won't stand out with what you're playing?). Yeah, I've fiddled with that a bit, but no joy. You would think that if they can give an option to change voices they would have an option for no voices at all. Just one of those inexplicable quirks that every Yamaha has. Different for every keyboard but always there. I am always on the threshold of subscribing to your channel but then I hear you playing what sounds like the Beatles and that is like nails on a chalkboard to me and I just can't click the button. LOL! You've got great content though and I always try to remember to give a 👍 (even despite the Beatles)
Great job!
Thanks!!!

Thank you for your review and inspiration you have given me. I think that I will get Yamaha PSRE-W320 (76 key version of PSR-E383).

@@PianoTone I am checking it right now Tony. The thing is that I can buy PSRE-W320 for C$300. I will use my VSTs anyway 😊 Thank you, Michael
Tony, I have just bought PSRE-W320 for C$250. There was a special deal at Costco 😊
@@mfurman Wow that's an awesome price!
