McCarthy is not the problem. Jerry Jones is. The defense cannot stop the run because their inner 3 is incapable of plugging the holes. Also, the interior OL is inadequate in opening up holes for their running backs. The Cowboys can blow out the bad teams because they aren’t good enough at just taking leads and methodically controlling the ball to run that clock down and keep their players healthy. When up against the better teams, they get blown out in every game.
The real problem is the front office starting with the owner.like the Philadelphia fans said keep doing the job your doing.he probably thought he was doing a great job.he doesn’t get it what Philadelphia fans said.

So Jerry Jones needs to understand that sure the organization may have stars but do those players fit the system's the offensive and defensive coordinator scheme.That falls on the coaches that they unable to understand how to use those star players or impactful players correctly.
