Agreed, the "no days off" concept is useless I came to learn throughout the last years

Yeah what you’re saying is correct. You simply can’t go hard every day. Something will give at some point and chances are it will be the body.

agreed..... i am currently doing daily workouts of moderate intensity,, or some days only mild.... using OldNatty principles but with focus on daily health boost vs. gains in strength or endurance..... my goals have changed as I get older
