I came to learning about Biskupin by reading the novel "Fugitive Pieces" by Anne Michaels. A main character is an archiologist at Biskupin. Seeing the film brought a deeper understanding of the novel but also of history. The film is thoughtfully made.

      That's interesting - what was his/her fate?

Working on family genealogy, I find ancestors in the very area. I found striking similarities with this place at 'Sainte-Marie among the Hurons' in Ontario, Canada.

Great job although the English requires a little polishing - if you need any help with this I can help as a little family contribution to the works of Zdzisław Durczewski and Zdzisław Rajewski...
