People who are concerned about the rice not being washed let me tell you one thing guys it's a rice variant called seeraga samba rice the rice will loose its flavour if its washed, and it's not polished rice like sona masoori or basamati or other variants so it can be used with out washing

I am from karnataka. This biriyani is really tasty and hygienic. Some people are saying they can see only few customers. The youtuber was lucky to be on such a short line. On an average day the line extends to a kilometer.

It's famous Hosakote biryani it tastes well. Many visit from far away places to dig in. They use Seeraga samba rice not basati rice. So thus rice tastes good with aroma.

In our Chettinadu also we make biryani in seeraga samba rice only. In Hindi they call it as Ambey Mohar rice. Even tomato biryani taste good if we make with this rice.

by seeing of all these videos, today early morning in full fog i went to this hotel from Ejipura , with so many expectations , i started at 5 am and reached by 5:45 am very few guys were there , i went and took the token 280 biryani and 20rs water bottle, hotel ma'am sitting in the counter is very polite and i like that, with so much positive hope i went to the delivery counter as no one were there at the counter and i am the only person so i got the biryani first and with biryani in my hand i went and sat on the chair then i reorganize that there is no raita so i went and asked for raita cup , the counter guy very helping he said go bring your plate i will put in the plat , i went and got my plate , so finely i took my first bite of biryani it is not good . may be it was good before but now ......................
