Well, that's your opinion. My opinion is, if I say it smells like BR540 to me, then that's what it is to me. You can address the producers of the fragrances if you don't want to here people say that it smells similar to BR540 when it does.
It's a popular scent. Why wouldn't companies capitalize off the scent when they know people are going to buy it.
