Awesome work Footlong.... Watched in 4k as promised... Now, for some questions..
    1) What did you film it on and what new device did you buy to edit it on?
    2) How much did it hurt and how long did it take to 'recover' do you think?
    3) If you had set 5hrs, would you have come first?
And... Well done mate... Epic as always... #SoProud

      1) A GoPro 9. Edited it on Premier Pro, which was overkill, but I wanted to learn more about it. The flybys took the most time to figure out. My original intention was to animate a fly by with a 3d animated line, and even lines of other teams. But after experimenting with Blender and After Effects, I realised the learning curve was too steep to bother with (for now!). In the end I stuck to Google Earth Studio and and some simple features in After Effects. Edited on a macbook pro M1+.
      2) Hurt is a difficult one to quantify, it takes many forms. And it's easy to forget the pain over time; my answer during the event would be different to now. But I didn't pick up any significant injuries, so the pain wasn't that bad. You can track my body's recovery if I show you my resting HR and HRV stats. 4-6 weeks. And if we say mental recovery correlates with how long it takes to sign up for another, then 3 months.
      3) If the winner was after 5 hours, then no, because it would have all been kayaking!! There's an Open 5 soon to answer that question directly.
