If CalTrain wanted to it could order some AL45DP like New Jersey Transit and Exo Rail in Montreal for its Baby Bullet service. They can go on the wires and switch to diesel mode south of San Jose!!
Stunning work here, it was like standing right there. if only we had smell-o-vison, I could smell the diesals lol! Ms. 922 going express with the show stopper. excellent video, kudos!
That EMU really moves! Not to mention I thought it was coming in too hot but it slowed down lickety-split.
It's probably got regenerative braking. Given how quick it moves, makes me think that at least 1/4 of the bogies have got traction motors
Another awesome train video thanks.🚂🚃🇺🇲
6:22 here is the moment you've been waiting for, the electric Stadler kiss train.
these engineers having a bit too much fun with the emus😆😆
Epic catches of these CalTrains.
Great video!
14:27 was a great shave and a haircut! I'm happy to see Menlo park railfanning again.
Cool double engine sighting
3:22 Those F40's look so faded. Need a refurbishment 😉
They don't need to there getting replace by Stadler kiss.
@@Perich29 yes i know 🙄
Gonna need a refurb when Metra buys them lmao
@@3p1cp3r50nI wish Metra would but if anything Metra would buy the MP36s
Excellent video my friends 😊fantatic Greeting 🙋
I can only imagine what it’ll be like once bullet trains go flying through here

I imagine the last diesel hauled diagram will be absolutely wedged with cranks. 😂
Glad to see the electrification.
18:56 emu 301 crushed me😅
Thank You!

Awesome!
Stadlers EMUs for caltrain are top notch in design but the horn It’s on its own because I don’t like the sound of it
I don't like the color as much as the old ones.. and the inside is very garish
No competition between electric and diesel
Yeah. Electric is superior
how do you know which ones are electric?
Usually the 309 and 712 sets are emus
Cool to see the new Stadler trainsets, but that horn. Yuck....
