Personally, I like running spellfire cloak against aggro matchups, since very often you wil not even reach the tunic counter

That is a great option. One resource on demand. Esp if you get wildfire in arsenal or hand before turn 3.

A lot of these combos are nice in theory, but most of them would require Go Again. Aether Wildfire doesn't have Go Again, so how are the combos being triggered?

They are all being played off the top of the deck at instant speed due to Kanos ability.
Storm Strider Boots allow you to play a spell at instant from arsenal as well.

@@fleshandbloodbrothers That is seriously insane. Sheesh. This reminds me a lot of my RDW deck in Magic. Looks like I'm going to need to pick up some singles. Wish all that equipment wasn't so expensive. The prices are crazy at the moment.

So noob here, help me understand, yes the cards are powerful but you are talking about 4-5 mana hands when you only have 4 cards in play where is the mana coming from? Help me understand your pov.
LIke you talk about wildfire which cost 2
Then spindle which also costs 2
So already youre looking at 4 mana
Neither have go again, which means you have to maybe pop boots
    Which is another 2?
So this is a 6 mana turn when youre playing 2 cards from hand, I just wanna understand where it all comes from.

You’re usually not playing them from hand, but off the top of your deck using Kano’s ability. They’re played at instant speed, so you don’t need go again
