I love your watch faces, but I download them and they don't open up watchmaker premium, so then I try to import them manually, but when I click on the watch file, nothing happens. This happens on every watchface I've tried. I'm using a galaxy watch 4 classic and a galaxy s21 phone. Am I missing something? Companion app is on phone and watchmaker is selected.
Rename the file or just edit the filename delete one letter out the name or add a letter and save and it'll show up

Stefan Svartling I really want to use your watch faces on my Samsung Watch 3. But I am having issue installing the companion app, the problem is it does not appear on the Galaxy App store (Galaxy Wear App). Is there any other method to install the companion app with TPK??

Thank you for sharing this. Your watch faces are a work of art and it’s much appreciated to share these for free. Unfortunately I had to strip some of the pieces to get some of them to run right on my Ticwatch 2. They ran very laggy on my Ticwatch. It seems like they may be to intricate for my watch I don’t know. But these are really nice and this is what I always wanted in a smartwatch classic watch faces with all that comes with modern technology. Most of the watch faces on watchmaker are just not my taste and I always gravitate towards the more traditional looking watch faces.

Cool! Just recently got my samsung galaxy watch 3...hope this is 100% safe to install. I don't want any virus running on my phone or watch. Just trying to be careful nowadays, so many malwares everywhere. One gets paranoid.

Do you have any gold on black Rolex style ones? I used to have an LG Watch Urbane, the screen on it was borderless and I had a great watchface for it. But I just got a new Fossil Gold Gen 5, and the screen had a black border, and that diver number thing on the outside, so my old screen face doesn't look good on it at all. But I want one that has gold numbers and hands on black background for both "on" and "battery saver dark" mode of the screen...

It's not working anymore? I just started using my Samsung Galaxy Watch again. Updated Watchmaker Premium but all my downloaded watch faces from your site are blank, and when I tried to download them again Watchmaker doesn't recognise the file?? I click on import go to downloaded file and its greyed out can't be clicked on..
Shame I enjoyed these faces on my watch.
You have to move the watch files to another folder on your phone before importing them. As said many times in the comments. It’s Android’s fault. It happened after an update of android some years ago

More specifically, is the "Watchmaker app" that is used for downloading the various watch faces still functioning properly? Thanks. I don't know if it works with that watch. You can see in the watchmaker app which watches that are supported. By the way, I will soon release a blue Rolex Explorer ;)

One fix is to read the comments…. I have answered this a lot of times. Just move the files to another folder on your phone before importing them

What if it doesn't download to the watchmaker app directly OR unable to import? Did purchase the premium but doesn't work on my Samsung watch 4 classic 46mm
I don’t care if you bought premium. I don’t work for watchmaker. If you read comments on my website or on this video you would see that some that has downloaded my handcrafted watch faces, that you need to move them to another folder on your phone before importing them.
Love them. Just purchased the watchmaker pro version and downloaded your Rolex face to my Fossil Q Founder just a pity about the "flat tire" light sensor on these watches.

Stefan -- your watchfaces are just awesome looking... a question... how do I download/import into WatchMaker iOS Companion... it only gives me an option to import via a SendCode or URL -- can't import from a file on the iOS companion app... any ideas? I'm using Gear S3 Frontier with iOS...

For those that have Watchmaker iOS Companion for Gear S3, the best way to download watchfaces into the Watchmaker app is to download into Dropbox, then on your iPhone from Dropbox, click on the file to import, then hit Share (top right), then Share link (bottom right), then Copy Link, now got to your Watchmaker app, click Import (top right), then Import from URL, paste the link that you copied from Dropbox, hit OK... Your watchface is now in the Watchmaker app... now just download to your watch like normal... **Warning (kind of): once you do this, you will want to download all of these beautiful watchfaces (all over the Internet, esp, Stefan's) and now be faced with too many to choose from... ;-)

Well then you have to convince samsung and google to allow that. Because it's not possible to program that.

Nej det fungerar till alla klockor som appen Watchmaker stöder. I princip alla WearOS och Tizen OS klockor. Kolla listan med klockor som Watchmaker stöder.

Of course not
When you import a New one by downloads. You see that de downloads are grey and you can’t touch them. You know what the problem is?
Yes you need to move them to another folder before importing it.

I am not sure what you mean? And I have nothing to do with the watchmaker app. I design watch faces.My watch faces works on all watches that supports the watch maker app. Galaxy watch 4 works too. That is what all say in the comments.

Check which watches the app watchmaker supports. They are listed in the text on google play store. I have nothing to do with the app. I just make watch faces.

Hi Stefan, I would really like to install one of your face watches on my Samsung Galaxy (using a iphone). I bought the Watchmaker app, I doonwloaded a rolex face but I don’t manage to get it installed. When downloading the whatch face the file doens’t open in the watchmaker app. Your instructions on how to import the downloaded watch face document don;t work. The only options I get in the app when pressing the three dots icon, when choosing import watch i only get the options of import from 6 digit code (???) or Import from URL. Both options don’t give me the desired result. Can you please help me out on these last steps. ou are great. Thanks in advance.
It doesn’t seem to work to import watch faces on an iPhone. Some other users has commented on that too. I don’t own watchmaker for iPhone so I can’t test or help with that. Maybe their support can help? Or maybe you can upload the file somewhere and get a link to it so you can add it as a URL? Sorry can’t help.

The trick was to copy the downloadlink fron your page in the import option in watchmaker. That way it worked.

The Watchmake Premium is necessary as you say, and that is NOT a one time price. The app tells you they will charge you a recurring fee every week. Am I the only one paying attention to how they will charge you every week forever? Stefan, I want your "free" watch faces as you describe them, but please do NOT say on the video there is a one time fee, because it is every single week forever. Hello! Am I missing something, because that's exactly what the small print says when you try to download from Watchmaker.
I bought watchmaker premium for a one time fee. And my watch faces is free. I could have charge for them though if I wanted. But I want to give them to all for free.

Have you thought about doing any new faces looking for seiko and more paneri watch faces looking for smart dress look like the seiko cocktail line or the Orient star.
It takes about three months to make one watch face so I do them when I really feel for it and when I got the time

All I have made is removed because of ip rights claims. So I won’t do those anymore. I have stopped doing watch faces because of ip rights claims.
Does your watch Faces works on the ticwatch Pro 3 GPS? I can put the faces in my iPhone´s watchMaker app but after that when I try to export to watch it does not work. A message appear "Enable cloud sync on the watch and enter the same 6 digit code here. I do that and nothing happens . Can you help me please i really like your faces and cannot do it. Thanks

Mike, you must have Watchmaker Premium on phone memory and Not on SD card. I learned the hard way. Thx Stefan for all the beautiful watch faces!

I don’t have an app. But if you mean the app to send my watch faces to your watch, then the name of that app is Watchmaker premium.
Hi, I love your work, it's amazing. I've downloaded lots of your watch faces and I'm really enjoying having them on my Galaxy watch 4. The only one that I've had a problem with is the Grand Seiko Hi-Beat 36000 Limited Edition as the "Grand Seiko" lettering has come out distorted. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks!
It’s a bug in the watchmaker app. I have to fix that watch face after that. I do that when I get the time

Maybe read the comments? That problem is already solved. Just move the downloaded files to another folder on your phone and then import them.

Sorry I don’t have a Galaxy watch so I don’t know how to do it. Maybe contact the watchmaker developers? There is a link in the app description text in google play store how to contact them. I know that it works though because thousands of S3 users has thanked me for my watch faces. So check with support. I just design watch faces.
