Jinx fires a super rocket across the map that gains damage as it travels. The rocket will explode upon colliding with an enemy champion, dealing damage to it and surrounding enemies based on their missing Health.

@@lourensmalan2431 Jayce is also a champion. There is also a high likelihood that Mel will be a champion based on this at or some time before season 2. The Hexcore will not allow Viktor to die. Going on important vs not important only 2 will survive but perhaps 3 or if they really want to undo the ending, all of them survive because item.
@@vincentgraymore my comment was based on the other guys comment stating that jinx ult does dmg based on missing hp, and since victor is currently close to death (from being sick) the dmg based on missing hp would be high

What she did to show that she’s changed is actually one ‘non jinx’ thing she did ironically, attacking the council was plan b of silco’s plan and since he had no intention of giving jinx up there wouldn’t have been peace so she actually did what she was supposed to do

Yes but non of the council expected silco to abandon his dream. There truly wasn't a option for peace but just when the stronger side decided to give way. The side who first wanted peace and independence rejected thier own offer basically.

I love the entire sequence but I feel upset about the part when it looks like the rocket is going to the red moon instead of the council 2:24
A lot about it does not feel right if we are gonna go into scene details. For example Vi and Caitlyn should be standing in a room of smoke as we see the trail is incredibly long which means that the smoke lingers, and they should not see the rocket way overhead as Jinx fired it in a very straight line and not straight upwards. It is also a rocket, which will travel in a straight line, yet it aligns itself like a ballistic trajectory to hit the window straight instead of from angle down. It extends itself adding fins (downward sleek) and the midsection starts to spin, yet when the rocket hits the glass it is not spinning and the fins are different kinds of fins (airplane standing up shark kind of fins).
It is played for maximum emotional damage, and it works.
