12 definitely has the most anger specially in the first few eps of losing Clara
I always felt like 11 was the most angry because he was also the most child-like. He had such a good heart and had the most hope for the good in people, and he felt betrayed each and every time people, the world, everything let him down. He felt the most jilted by others abstaining from choosing to do what was he believed was right, which is very easy to become bitter over. And he let it show more than any other doctor. You could say he was the most honest about his distain over the one thing he could not stand.

(Lol, bit of a generic rant. This just kind of came out. Hope you don't mind that I just plop this down under your comment.)
I'll be honest, sometimes I didn't want to keep watching because I was so scared of him (mainly talking about 11). Not in a way that I felt like he wasn't written well, but I just felt like I personally kept disappointing him, and it at times got me legitimately upset. Like what Rory said, that we'd want to constantly impress him. Because he picks people with the humanity that he's trying to cling so hard onto, so when people fail in that, it's like, why does he bother to keep you anyway? He's the child you need to take care of. He may be the one saving you, but he needs saving from you too. The only difference is that he can't ever stop needing saving, and one day you won't be there anymore.
You can't give an almost immortal being the salvation he needs if he keeps refusing to ever stop putting himself through hell. We see with the 10th that he can't and we see what it would mean for him. He would never settle down unless it was a façade, so much so to the point he didn't even consider his human self would want it.
The only thing that makes me not a fan of Moffat's writing is that it's set the precedent that the Doctor now always has to have a very edgy side to them. (Edit: he had it before, but not to the very well-written and well-executed extent of 11.) And you can see with especially 13 that you need to be a good writer not to mess that precedent up. Because having darkness in your main character as a reoccurring and underlying factor in your story is one thing, but when it becomes the constant main focus of seeing your main character suffer over and over and over again, it's just not something I'm a fan of. I don't want to see someone very dear to me suffer with no end in sight. And that's what the Doctor has become for me, a very dear friend who I can't help anymore. I want to see the Doctor begin to heal, even if just a little bit. I think he's been through enough.
10, 11 and 12 are my favorite versions of the Doctor, each one is a representation of emotions I felt for years, each one showed what I could not, and because of that, each time they shedded a tear or unleashed their rage, it made me connect to them more.
11 is the pride before the fall. 10 is the man who regrets. 11 is the man who forgets. 12 rememebers... and he never regrets. he never forgets. he never ever stops

There was a lot more emotion in this one compilation of the doctor compared to the current doctor that we've been given

I'm applying to be the next doctor at the minute and I will be angrier than the 11 doctor and he's very angry
Great video; on another note we need a Doctor Who game like No Man's Sky or Elite Dangerous except it's not rushed the game is polished and MOST IMPORTANTLY FINISHED a Doctor Who game like No Man's Sky or Elite Dangerous needs to be Finished and it NEEDS to make you feel like The Doctor like how the Telltale Games or Arkham games make you feel like Batman an open Space Doctor Who game needs to make you FEEL like you are The Doctor and The T.A.R.D.I.S needs to have an Advanced flight and Basic flight mode like in The Fallout who Mods and the game needs to let you travel through Time and Space obviously and it need to be Open World/Open Space and Time, not a Linear experience.

It would take forever because one of the main parts of the doctor is their speeches and quick wit and it's hard to translate that into a few lines it would have to be biographies worth of lines
